找了好多教程，都试了，都没能解决问题，把Visual Studio Installer相关的东西卸载安装多次没能解决，卸载Visual Studio Installer之后会依旧出现缺少c++库，装上之后就会报错failed with exit code 2

这种本地环境问题建议还是百度找找解决办法。毕竟不清楚你的电脑基础信息，无法当面查看是无法给到解决方案的。报什么错就去找对应的解决方案。如果实在不行可以考虑直接重装Python

这个问题已经解决，因为安装的python是3.8，pymssql库要安装旧版本
